Applied Arts is Canada’s premier magazine of visual communications. For more than 20 years, the magazine has delivered gorgeous imagery, strong opinion, timely information and essential industry insight to its readership of senior creative professionals in graphic design, interactive design, advertising, photography and illustration. Six yearly issues include two highly prized references - the Photography & Illustration Annual and the Design & Advertising Annual. Applied Arts is a window on the very best creative work produced in Canada and abroad.

The Picture Professional magazine is a 4-color quarterly publication of ASPP (American Society of Picture Professionals). Regular editorial content includes columns by respected experts in technology, photography law, and the art of photography. Other special feature topics cover marketing, industry trends, legal and copyright issues, insurance and investment.

Acclaim Images, based in Oregon / USA, is specialized in stock photography and fine art prints. To keep the image quality for their clients very high the company works with few and handpicked contributing photographers and illustrators only. One of my images was used as a reference image for the company and used in full size ads, published in the magazines ‘Applied Arts’ and ‘The Picture Professional’ . The ‘Fairy Tattoo’ image was picked out of about 200.000 photos of the company’s very tight edited stock imagery.
